After being on the phone for over a hour on hold position 1 for 40 min I got fed up while still on hold I go to the surgery. To speak to a not so helpful receptionist. Came out and I finally got through asked to speak to practice manager who was not in as on annual leave. She said I could talk to reception manager, got put on hold, I am still on hold after 20 mins. I am sure I am going to be here much longer.
I think it speaks for itself improvement is much needed when trying to speak to someone the new telephone call system needs to be looked at as you get close to the top then no one answers very frustrating especially after an hour of so of hanging on.
Issue with medication, zero flexibility from staff, told prescription has been sent to pharmacy for collection, only for the pharmacy to say they haven’t received it, back to the doctors to be told oh it’ll be done the start of next week. So now I get to enjoy that sweet sweet debilitating pain.
Rude receptionists and you can hardly ever get an appointment...I have never felt like I've been cut from speaking before like I did the last 3 times I called these doctors..I have worked my whole life and have been a high national insurance contributer for 20 years continuously...I am suffering with severe mental health, depression with daily thoughts of suicide and phoning them usually leaves me feeling helpless and angry..I have tried 3 times to get an appointment.
